The Cranberries

The Cranberries

Having just released a sixth studio album ‘Roses’ - their first since 2001’s ‘Wake Up and Smell the Coffee’ - The Cranberries return to London’s HMV Hammersmith Apollo on Monday 18th June.

Dolores O’Riorden, Mike Hogan, Noel Hogan and Fergal Lawler’s meteoric rise to fame began in the early 90’s with the release of their much lauded debut album ‘Everyone Else Is Doing It, So Why Can’t We’.

Produced by Stephen Street - who had worked with The Smiths during their mid-80’s heyday - the album soon jettisoned the band to international success selling over 5 million copies in the U.S alone.

With such classics as ‘Zombie’, ‘Linger’ and ‘Dreams’ to their name, The Cranberries established themselves in the 90’s and beyond as one of the classic folk rock bands.

Eight hit singles; four Billboard Top 20 albums and over 40 million record sales later they reunited in 2009 after a six-year sabbatical to tour the U.S, South America and Europe.

Their new album ‘Roses’, produced again by long-time collaborator Stephen Street was released on February 27th 2012 and is picking up plaudits across the board.

Tickets priced at: £35 + BF
