Kingsland Road are hoping that their fans will help them out in a Pledge Music project that could see them create their debut album.

Currently they are 22% of the way to reaching their goal, with 239 days left before the campaign comes to an end, and they're asking for donations from fans to help out, with rewards including VIP experiences and signed items for those who do donate.

5% of all of the proceeds they receive are to go to the charity BeatBullying - an international bullying prevention charity that works to make bullying unacceptable on the ground in the UK and across Europe.

Two members of the band - Thompson and Connor - have noted they have been bullied in the past.

“School was a huge struggle for me on a daily basis, emotionally and physically. I am so happy to be working with ‘BeatBullying’ and ‘Pledge Music’ to support and help those going through the same thing I did” says Thompson.

Connor says “Bullying is a horrible thing. It can be a very lonely and horrible place. To be able to support a charity that helps children that are going through the same thing I did is an honour”.
