Miley Cyrus has today released her new single ‘Younger Now’; the title track from her upcoming album. With lyrics written by Cyrus, and the superstar also writing the music and producing alongside Oren Yoel, the song sees the singer paying homage to Elvis in its accompanying music video, which was directed by Diane Martel and co-directed by Cyrus, with choreography from Michael Rooney. You can check out the video below:

Cyrus has in the past professed her love for Elvis’ music, citing the performer as one of her biggest inspirations.

Now set to perform on August 27 at the MTV Video Music Awards, Cyrus will be celebrating the nomination of her track ‘Malibu’ in the Best Pop category.

She’ll also return to NBC’s The Voice in the US on September 25 as a coach, taking her seat in one of four coaching chairs with the hopes of bringing a music star in the making to victory.

The singer has this year already seen some huge success, with the music video for her song ‘Malibu’ reaching almost 300 million views, generation 275 millions streams and 4.4 million track equivalents across the globe.
