Psy is set to release a new album in September.

The 35-year-old singer has been collaborating with composer Yoo Gun Hyung, who co-wrote Psy's huge hit 'Gangnam Style' and also produced 'Gentleman', on the upcoming record, his management agency TG Entertainment has told Korean media.

Psy took to Twitter this week to reveal he has already completed three tracks for the album and insists they are "nice".

He wrote: "already done with 3 songs and they are kinda nice!! #PSYonTheALBUM (sic)"

Psy recently had a "creative meeting" with Justin Bieber's manager Scooter Braun and could also be teaming up with Lenny Kravitz on his new record after bumping into the 'American Woman' hitmaker and magic man David Blaine at his recording studio last week.

He tweeted: "happen to meet @lennykravitz at the studio and experiencing a hell of magic from @davidblaine (sic)"

The South Korean star then retweeted a message from the 49-year-old singer teasing fans about a possible collaboration between the two.

He wrote: " day after tmrw!? k "@LennyKravitz: #Psy in the house. What's next!!?? (sic)"

Psy has also been recording a track with Brian May after the Queen guitarist heard he was heavily influenced by the band.
