The Saturdays

The Saturdays want to record a country song.

The 'What About Us' girl group - Frankie Sandford, Mollie King, Una Healy, Vanessa White and Rochelle Humes - have recently filmed their own reality TV show in the US, home of country music, and would like to have a go at the genre themselves.

Mollie said: "I have been listening to a lot of country music lately maybe we should give that a go."

The group were also surprised by how quickly the band attracted paparazzi photographers before they'd even released a song in America.

Vanessa added: "The weirdest thing was probably the paparazzi out there. We do get followed quite a bit over here in the UK, but we didn't expect the same in America before we had ever even released a single. But straight away, there were loads of people following us every single day."

Una has 15-month old daughter, Aoife Belle, whereas Rochelle gave birth to her first daughter, Alaia-Mai, in May and Frankie is currently pregnant, and the group plan to have their young ones with them when they go on tour.

Rochelle said: "Oh definitely, we plan to tour early next year I think we've shown that you can still be a popstar and have a family. It's not an easy balance, but there's so much more we want to achieve, so nothing will stop us."
