Kayla L'ayton

Rising singer songwriter Kayla L'ayton delivers her six track EP "Uninhibited". She leads with new single 'Don't Let Me Go', a powerful pop track produced by up&coming producer Picasso, alongside a brand new music video.

London born Kayla has been writing and performing from a young age and continued to hone her musical skills at the famous Brit School, home to artists such as Adele and Jessie J.

Kayla is no stranger to the industry, having worked with many different writers and producers including DaVinChe, DJ Manny Norte, Kele Le Roc and The Mitchell Brothers.

In 2012 Kayla's first EP 'This is Me' received over 5,000 downloads via Soundcloud. Kayla has also collaborated with UK garage and grime producer Submerse for the UKG 2012 Volume 3 compilation EP, which featured on BBC 1Xtra DJ Cameo, Kayla performed the track exclusively live on air.

More recently, Kayla co-wrote UK singer Blaise's debut single 'Thunderstorm', a remix of which, by 'The Streets' Mike Skinner, is being promoted and given away as a free download via Mixmag.

By co-incidence, 'Had Enough' from the 'Uninhibited' EP was co-written by Rob Harvey, the other half of Mike Skinner's new band The D.O.T., recently signed by Cooking Vinyl.
