There is a lot of buzz surrounding this new band after they played a sold out show last week at The Lexington. They are currently unsigned but they are already creating a lasting impression and are building an army of fans. Their track Over And Out is a contagious, brilliant effort for their first release.

Next month the quartet releases their first Live EP which contains a live version of the infectious Over And Out and another two tracks, Chasing Heaven and Words Come Easily. This could easily be the breakthrough that the band needs to plummet out of obscurity and be appreciated alongside mainstream Indie artists.

Over And Out is an anthem in the making, an alternative twist of Indie-Pop with a slight resemblance to The Talking Heads. A shimmering melody is placed beside a syncopated strum pattern, breezy and satisfying, the chorus sails upwards surrounded by smooth harmonies.

The video for Over And Out was recorded in just one day, the band placed in front of a green screen with amateur special effects that has a surprising charm of naivety to it.

Superb  track, a definite recommendation.

Over And Out is currently on YouTube and their EP is set to release on the 16th of September.
