50 ml Raspberry puree
10 mint leaves
10ml lime juice
Dash orange bitters
20 ml fresh orange juice
Old Jamaica Light
-Shake the first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into long champagne glass
-Top up with Old Jamaica Light, garnish with a raspberry and a sprig of mint
