Aaron Paul

Aaron Paul

The Idaho born actor first starred on our screens back in 1998 in TV movie Even The Losers and went on to star in many TV shows up until 2007 when he made his break.

He starred in Big Love on a regular occurrence as Scott Quittman from 2007 until 2011 and gained acclaim for his performance but his biggest role was yet to come.

In 2008 Aaron was cast as Jesse Pinkman in the smash hit TV series Breaking Bad in which he stars alongside Bryan Cranston.

The TV series shows Aaron and Bryan’s characters joining together to cook up and sell crystal meth and saw Aaron gain critical acclaim for his role.

He won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series at this year’s Emmy Awards, making this the second time he has won the award after originally winning it for the same role back in 2010.

Although he has primarily worked in TV, Aaron stars in Smashed, a film about a married couple whose only bond is their dependency on alcohol and how their relationship is affected when Aaron’s onscreen wife decides to become sober.

It was the winner of the Special Jury Prize at this year’s Sundance Film Festival and sees Aaron star alongside Octavia Spencer and Mary Elizabeth Winstead.

It has been announced that the current season of Breaking Bad will be the last and will finish once the final eight episodes are aired next year but Aaron has a number of projects in the pipeline to keep him busy!
