Banks Plays Effie Trinket in The Hunger Games Catching Fire this weekend and so we thought we would have a look at her leading men!
Banks met her husband, Max Handelman, a sports writer and producer on the first day of College in Pennsylvania on 6th September 1992. They got married in 2003 and had their first child in 2011, Felix, who was born by a surrogate.
November 2012 saw the couple have their second child, Magnus Mitchell, who was also born via surrogate.
Banks was raised as Irish Catholic and Anglo Saxon Protestant background, however underwent parts of the conversion to Judaism before they married and trained with rabbis to fall in line with her husband’s faith.
They now live in the Hollywood hills together.
