A beach, a sunset- what more do you need to set the scene?

A beach, a sunset- what more do you need to set the scene?

MySingleFriend.com has come up with some top tips for finding love at festivals this summer. Perhaps it’s best to do it on the first or second day before the lack of showering begins to take effect!

Be bold

Get to the front to see your favourite artist and who knows, you might meet someone who shares the same passion for them as you, (The early bird gets the worm). Or you could go to one of the smaller stages and have a more intimate and romantic experience with those around you.

The love of music

If someone catches your eye while watching the same band you know that you have at least one thing to break the ice with. Talk about songs and albums- it tests their knowledge but also gets them talking so the pressure is off you for a bit.

Don’t let the rain dampen your spirits

In Britain you have to expect a bit of rain, so don’t let this get you down. Put on a poncho and carry on dancing- you are only there for a few days don’t let the weather dictate your mood. Plus you look hot when you are wet- bonus!

Be easy-going

If you plan everything to the last detail then you could miss out on romance if you have to get to your next stage. Explore your venue and see what other stuff you can get involved in like comedy- sharing the same sense of humour as someone else is a great place to start.

Be friendly

Festivals are a collection of people from all over the country-so embrace their differences and their new perspectives and enjoy their company. Take recommendations from people you don’t know- open your mind to new things.

Extend your social circle

Join your friends of friends and enjoy the social aspect- you might want to go off on your own but make sure that you reconvene and make your friendship group as big as it can be. The more people there are to choose from for a potential romance.

Enjoy it

Whatever you feel like doing (within reason!)- do it! If you want to dance around, wear something outrageous or laugh like you have never laughed before- go ahead. There is nothing more attractive than a woman who is having a great time with her friends.
