The Welsh designer made the lavish ivory silk taffeta antique lace frock the late Princess Diana wore to her wedding to Prince Charles - with whom she had sons Prince William, 34, and Prince Harry, 32, - in 1981.

And now he has expressed his interest in working with Diana's son Harry's girlfriend should the couple - who have been dating since last summer - decide to tie the knot, as he thinks the 35-year-old actress is a "sex-bomb"

Appearing on UK TV show 'Lorraine' on Tuesday (09.05.17), he was quizzed by the host Lorraine Kelly: "There might be a proper Royal wedding with Meghan and Harry..."

To which he replied: "That's the one I want.

If I could get my hands on it. She's a little sex bomb - beautiful figure. "

Despite being a fan of Meghan in the US TV show 'Suits', Emanuel - who appeared on 'I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here!' in 2013 - said it's unlikely they would have a massive ceremony because she has been married before.

He continued: "I love her in the American show they put her in classic clean lines - crisp shirts and fabulous shaped skirts.

"She looks hot!"

He added: "You have to remember, also, that she has been married before.

"So it might be a registry office."

The 64-year-old dressmaker also admitted he'd like to see Pippa Middleton do the "opposite" of her sister Duchess Catherine - the wife of Prince William - with her wedding ensemble for her wedding to fiancé James Matthews on May 20, and instead have a "floaty" number because it is a low-key affair.

He said: "I think if she's clever she'll do the opposite to her sister,"I'm thinking soft material, chiffon... yards and yards of chiffon.

"It's not a royal wedding, so it's on a private estate, and the reception is being held at the Middleton's home, so that's private. So yes, I think it should be really floaty."
