"I love Festivals!"

With over 120,000 revellers descending on Glastonbury this weekend, cold nights and sweaty mornings on an uneven festival field could be a thing of the past.

Ahead of the launch of Premier Inn’s blow up mattress, they have a top 5 list to ensure that you feel great after some much needed rest.

Premier Inn’s Top 5 list to ensure music heads feel great after a good night’s sleep:

1.      Groundsheets – not only keep the air in the blow up mattress from getting too cold at night, but also work as a great black out curtain when laid on top of the tent. You will be thankful for that extra hour shut eye when the sun comes up

2.     Shade – get to the campsite early to nab a decent spot in the shade. Tents are like green houses and can get uncomfortably hot in the sunshine

3.     Take a hat – If you feel cold at night, wearing a hat will significantly reduce the loss of body heat

4.     Enjoy yourself - make sure you party hard and dance away all that excess energy, so that you are tired and relax into a great sleep.

5.     Earplugs – invest in a pair of soft wax earplugs that mould to the shape of your ear. They are much more comfortable to sleep in and will help drown out the sounds of other festival revellers and help ensure you enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep

The Premier Inn Blow Up Mattress

Premier Inn’s new blow-up mattress is designed for festival goers to feel brilliant after a great, albeit short, night's sleep.

The King sized Premier Inn blow-up mattress comes complete with inbuilt blow up pillows and pre-fitted sheet and duvet all in one, which not only means fewer items to carry, but is instantly ready to sleep in once inflated.

The mattress also comes with a secret pocket designed to keep valuables safe during the night, as well as sleep inducing wipes that not only help keep mud at bay but are infused with lavender to help even the restless of campers get some needed shut-eye. What's more, all of this comes in a compact carry bag, weighing in at just six kilos.

The festival mattress is currently in production and is likely to be available in 2015 at an RRP of £300.
