It doesn't need to be the stronger dancer to be the biggest contender thing
Nancy Dell'Olio admits there is "tension" between herself and dance partner Anton du Beke.
The 'Strictly Come Dancing' contestant admits she and her professional partner don't always get along, but believes they have a better bond than any of the other competing couples.
She said: "Anton and I, yes there is probably tension, tension sometimes, but we are very special, I think no other couple has that kind of feeling, feeling in a way that really - well, we're very intelligent, I like to tease him, he tease me, so I think we're very strong personality, we're both strong egos, but that's why a great match. We have a great relationship."
Despite not being rated highly by the judges, Nancy believes she is a "contender" to take this year's crown as she is so popular with viewers.
She told The Guardian newspaper: "I am a contender. It doesn't need to be the stronger dancer to be the biggest contender thing. I mean, who does more audience, who has more of the papers? I want to win, I want to be number one. But number one with the public, not the judges - no, I don't think that matters very much."
