We got the opportunity to put some quickfire questions to Ampika to find out a little bit more about what she thinks of everything viewers have seen so far...

You're an original on The Real Housewives of Cheshire - so how did it feel to have three new women join this year?

As an original cast member of the show I embraced the new girls. My thoughts were 'the more the merrier'.

Do you miss Magali?

Yes, she was a feisty character so yes I do.

Three series in, have you now fully adapted and got used to the camers and crew following you?

Being on camera is like sinking into a bath, it feels perfectly natural now after three series.

Do you like watching yourself back on the series?

I obviously watch the show - there are moments I laugh out loud watching myself and also moments when I cringe!

There has been a lot of focus on your love life this series - does it bother you when some of the women say you have a sugar daddy or imply you leach money?

As regards to my personal life, I am always the point of conversation. I have a busy business, great staff, so I keep myself busy and don't entertain any vacuous judgement cast upon me!

You have a vibrant sense of fashion which you love showing off - when did your live for expressing yourself through that really develop?

I was always the child at primary school who wanted different shoes, different bobbles in my hair. This was the makeup of me from being a young child.

What do you think of the ladies and their opinion on how you style yourself?

Who cares what people think? If I like it, I'm wearing it! If you don't like it then don't look.

Where do you think your relationship with the rest of the ladies is heading?

I am just myself and I wouldn't lower myself to mirror people's behaviour towards me. I just want to be my happy, bubbly self. I treat others how I would like to be treated. You can't control others but you can control yourself. So who knows in what fashion the other ladies [will] choose to treat me?

What have been some of your favourite moments of the series so far?

I have loved being there for Lauren. Paris was amazing. The body paint was a really liberating moment - I have so many, it's been great. I've had a lot of public support from social media which I have been so touched by and overwhelmed with to be honest.

The Real Housewives of Cheshire continues Monday night with its first ever reunion at 10pm on ITVBe.
