Alesha Dixon regrets dating "toxic" men during her younger years.

The 42-year-old singer - who Azura, seven, and Anaya, two, with husband Azuka Ononye - thinks her previous heartbreaks have helped her to develop a healthy relationship and to ultimately find happiness.
Alesha - who split from rapper Harvey after he had an affair with Javine Hylton - said: "I wish I’d made a better choice, particularly with men. I’m not one of these people that’s like, ‘Oh, it was right at the time’. No, I was an idiot."
The pop star admitted she's been through some "s****y" relationships over the years.
And ultimately, she believes that those experiences have "shaped " her and her relationship with Azuka.
She told 'Angela Scanlon’s Thanks A Million' podcast: "The only thing I could be thankful for is that I’m in a place now in a relationship with somebody who I love.
"I don’t think I could be in the healthy relationship I’m in now had I not been through a couple of s****y ones that really shaped me."
Meanwhile, Alesha recently opened up on her mental health struggles, revealing she was left in tears during 'The Greatest Dancer' filming.
The TV star recalled working right through her pregnancy and admitted it was an "overwhelming" experience.
She said: "I was filming 'The Greatest Dancer' in high heels right up until I was eight months pregnant.
"I was working hard and looking after another child at the same time. It was overwhelming and I would have moments when I felt really down and was really struggling but didn’t really know why. I think a lot of women can relate to locking themselves in the bathroom and having a little cry."
