The Diversity star teamed up with Coleen Nolan and Victoria Derbyshire for ITV's show - which was created to raise awareness of cancer prevention - as stars stripped off for a good cause, and he shared an emotional social media post after the programme aired on Tuesday night (07.05.19).

He wrote on Instagram: "The love I have for everyone here is beyond️... I'm so proud I got to go on this journey with them and become friends with them all.

"The trust they had in me means so much and I promised I'd never let them down. Hopefully the last two nights of The All New Monty Inspires more of you to get talking and checking!

"If it does then we did what we set out to do... Sending love and prayers to everyone fighting this horrible disease Ash x (sic)"

'Love Island' star Megan Barton-Hanson commented on the post, thanking Ashley - who also joined the men for 'The All New Monty: Who Bares Wins' earlier this week - for his patience throughout.

She said: "Thank you for being so patient with me and giving me the confidence to get up on that stage! I Will never forget it! Both shows were so powerful, you should be soooooo proud ash! X (sic)"

Her co-star Danielle Armstrong reiterated the show's goal of encouraging the public to check themselves and raise awareness.

She tweeted: "Overwhelmed By Last Nights 'The All New Monty Ladies Night'

"Waking up to so many messages from both Ladies & Men telling me how they have now checked themselves for the first time just from watching the last two shows on @ITV Honestly means the world to me #TheAllNewMonty (sic)"
