Netflix original series GLOW made its return for a second season late last week (June 29), following a critically acclaimed run of episodes that followed the birth of an all-female wrestling show; the Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling. With the latest batch of episodes also comes a brilliant behind-the-scenes video from Netflix, which showcases some of the cast training both their bodies and spirit in preparation to give it all in the ring. Check it out below:

Through GLOW season 2, audiences see the women become local celebrities, and having to deal with both the bad and the good that comes with being recognised by so many. Ruth (Alison Brie) and Debbie (Betty Gilpin) may have an immensely rocky past, but as they begin to settle into the world of making a full 20-episode season of television together, they confront and begin to move past some of the issues holding their friendship back.

Marc Maron makes his return as GLOW director Sam, and whilst he’s still very much himself, in that he enjoys a line of cocaine for breakfast and berating his talent whenever possible, he’s now navigating the waters of being a father, with his teenage daughter now living in his home.

Liz Flahive and Carly Mensch serve as showrunners, and join both Tara Hermann and Jenji Kohan as executive producers on the series.

Brie, Gilpin, and Maron group up with an incredible ensemble cast for the show including Kate Nash, Gayle Rankin, Sydelle Noel, Britney Young, Britt Baron, Kia Stevens, Jackie Tohn, Ellen Wong, Sunita Mani, Chris Lowell, Marianna Palka, Kimmy Gatewood, Rebekka Johnson, Shakira Barrera, Bashir Salahuddin, and Rich Sommer.

Glow seasons 1-2 are available now to stream in their entirety on Netflix.
