The 'Made in Chelsea' star is due to give birth to her and Josh 'JP' Patterson's first child very soon, but once she's welcomed their daughter into the world, she won't be following in the footsteps of the likes of Amy Childs and Coleen Rooney and having the after-birth freeze-dried to consume in pill form or turned into a cream because she isn't convinced there are any benefits.

She said: "It's disgusting and I'd never do it in a million years.

"There's no proof it does anything to help, it can make you feel really ill and no one knows where it gets shipped to - you could end up eating someone else's placenta."

While the 26-year-old beauty won't be putting pressure on herself to get back in shape after giving birth, she does want to be healthy and won't pay any attention to criticism if she does get her pre-pregnancy figure back quickly.

She said: "I don't see why anyone would have an opinion if I did lose it quickly.

"As long as you're doing it the healthiest way and you're gaining strength from within, then why not? I don't see why people have such an issue with wanting to feel good."

After having their ups and downs in the past, Binky and JP are now stronger than ever.

She told LOOK magazine: "He's amazing. I'm really happy and content, which is making him really happy and content. There's no pressure.

"We're not the most conventional couple but we're really happy together and that's all that matters. Our baby is bigger than marriage or moving in together."
