Ant & Dec have been unable to present 'I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!

The reality show will return to screens on Tuesday night (30.11.21) after Storm Arwen caused havoc on the set of the shown at Gwyrch Castle in Wales, ITV has confirmed.

A statement from the channel read: "'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' will return on Tuesday night on ITV and ITV Hub with a brand new show. Ant & Dec will be back presenting live from the castle."

The storm led to the celebrities being removed from the set for the first time in the programme's 19-year history as both live episodes of the weekend were axed due to the extreme weather.

A statement issued to multiple news outlets read: "Whilst we get the production base back up and running after suffering technical issues due to the storm, we have removed the celebrities from the castle."

The programme was replaced by a show featuring Ant & Dec's highlights from previous series, which were shown on both Saturday (27.11.21) and Sunday (28.11.21) night.

A statement issued to the show's official Facebook page read earlier this evening: "Owing to technical difficulties caused by extreme weather conditions in the area, there will be no new episodes of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! this weekend (Saturday and Sunday).

"I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! will be replaced tonight and tomorrow night in the ITV schedules by compilation shows (voiced by Ant and Dec) featuring best moments from previous series.
