The 'Geordie Shore' star - who was given the boot from the competition at the end of last week after failing to pull in enough public votes - has come under fire after bosses let her sneak out of the infamous abode a few days prior to her shocking exit in order to fulfil pre-arranged "commitments" with her boozy reality show.

A source told the Daily Star newspaper: "Chloe left the house for prearranged commitments. At the time of leaving she was chaperoned by a member of production and had minimal contact with the outside world."

Although the 21-year-old boisterous beauty was chaperoned by security to limit the amount of contact with the outside world, her fellow housemates - including Stacy Francis, Coleen Nolan and Nicola McLean - felt she was given special treatment because Viacom owns Channel 5 and MTV, which screens the shocking show.

The insider explained to the publication: "They felt like she was getting special treatment just because her work is for a channel owned by the same company."

This isn't the first time bosses have allowed competitors to continue with their work commitments while locked inside the house as Frankie Grande - who took part in last summer's series - raised eyebrows when he filmed his fashion segment for 'Style Code Live' from the abode and even rated his housemates' fashion sense and style.

Sam Faiers was also granted permission to continue her column for OK! magazine while she was locked up within the four walls in 2014, Rylan Clark-Neal was allowed to leave the house to rehearse for 'The X Factor' live show in 2013 and Mario Falcone was granted approval to visit the US embassy in the summer of the same year.
