Cristiano Ronaldo is set to make his first ever UK chat show appearance on the 'Jonathan Ross Show' next month.

The 30-year-old football star, who is deemed as the greatest player in the world, will sit down with the television presenter, 54, for an exclusive chat as he gives an insight into fame, his life, his family and his show-stopping career.

Speaking on ITV's 'Good Morning Britain', Jonathan said: "Coming up in about four weeks time, we've got a guest on who I've never had before and I don't think anyone has had on a British talk show ever, we've got Cristiano Ronaldo.

"He's never done a talk show in this country and I think most people would agree he is probably the greatest footballer on the planet and so that is going to be really interesting and we've got some really interesting people on with him!"

The interview marks the former Manchester United player's release of 'RONALDO', the first official and fully authorised film of one of the most celebrated figures in football.

The movie, which will hit cinemas worldwide next month, will give his fans around the globe behind-closed-doors access to the his life as a footballer, father and family man.

The interview will air on 'The Jonathan Ross Show' on ITV.
