The 'EastEnders' actor has previously revealed how one of his crown jewels is the size of a substantial spud which he sometimes covers in glitter and shows people.

But in the latest update about his titanic tater, he has revealed his genitalia needs some medical attention due to a hydrocele - a type of swelling in the scrotum - and the 43-year-old star has made it his "priority" to get his private parts seen to.

Speaking on his 'Sorted with the Dyers' podcast, he said: "I'm thinking about having a bit of laser [eye] surgery but the other thing I've got to get done is my b*****k. I've got a massive b*****k, it's called a hydrocele.

"Basically, one of them is like a f***ing jacket potato. For real. It's one big ball.

"So I've got the biggest b*****k in the world and the smallest b*****k in the world.

"If it's a cold day then my winkle looks like a little slug laying on an apple. That's going to be the priority."

Danny - who plays pub landlord Mick Carter in the BBC One soap - previously proudly opened up about his spud back in February last year - when he made the "rude" revelation about covering his testicle in glitter.

When asked what his party trick is, he said: "Ah, it's really rude.

"I've got a big b*****k - just one. It's the size of a jacket potato and, er, sometimes I get it out, pad it in glitter and we have a little pipe [look] at it."
