The 67-year-old actress - who is most famous for playing Frenchie in classic 1978 musical movie 'Grease' - will take to the ice for the second time this Sunday (20.01.19) and she and her partner Lukasz Rozycki will be performing to 'A Spoonful of Sugar' from the original 1964 Disney film, which starred Dame Julie Andrews as the titular magical nanny.

Didi and Lukasz were savaged by judge Jason Gardiner for their first routine to 'Grease' song 'We Go Together' with him branding it "predictable", but the actress is hopeful he will like the choreography this time round when they hit the rink.

Speaking to BANG Showbiz at the premiere of Cirque du Soleil's 'TOTEM' show at the Royal Albert Hall in London on Wednesday evening (16.01.19), Didi said: "I hope he likes it, I'm going to do 'Mary Poppins' this week, we're dancing to 'A Spoonful of Sugar', and you know what's great about that? She's practically perfect in every way!

"Her posture is very good so I hope that I don't get nervous and I keep my shoulders down."

As the oldest celebrity on the ITV show, Didi has taken precautions in rehearsals to minimise the potential for injuries if she hits the ice using a knee pad as a makeshift protective belt.

She said:" I took a knee pad and I made it in to a belt for a lift that we do, this unbelievable lift that's like 'wow!'"
