The 30-year-old star was runner-up on the ITV show in 2018, but with this year's series moving from the Australian jungle to a spooky Welsh castle, Emily believes producers will make the trials even more difficult to "over-compensate" for the change in location, and she cannot wait to see how different the programme is.

She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I think it's going to be so great. It's going to be really different. It's good when shows like this have a bit of a shake-up.

"The second we hear Ant and Dec speaking and those gorgeous, twinkly little eyes come on the screen we will all be like, 'Yay!'

"We'll adapt really quickly. I'm really looking forward to watching it.

"I think they're really going to go to town on the trials. I think they will really over-compensate for that and I think they will really hammer the trials at them really hard, which I can't wait to see.

"I think the trials will be the hardest ever, I think they will make sure of it.

"When 'I'm A Celebrity' is on it's a reminder that winter is here, and we all start to get cosy. So I can't wait for that."

The 'Celebrity Juice' team captain joked this year's 'I'm A Celebrity' contestants will have to find their own "castle chic" in the upcoming series, as opposed to the usual jungle attire of a hat, blue T-shirt and red shorts.

She added: "I feel for them that they won't get that jungle glow when they come out.

"They're going to have to find a new castle chic look this year.

"But I think it'll be good to have a shake up."

But Emily hasn't had to survive on Bushtucker Trial meals of late after she teamed up with HelloFresh, which makes it easy to cook wholesome and tasty recipes from scratch.

She has created a mini-series, 'How to Master Mealtimes', in which she visits different households to investigate how families are dealing with the quandaries of mealtimes, with help from HelloFresh.

She said: "It was so nice hanging out with different kinds of families. It's so easy for me. I live by myself and I can cook as and when I please.

"I was looking at this guy with his baby and I was like, 'Oh my God, I've got all that to come. Hopefully, one day.'

"It was such a nice series to film. It's everything I love to talk about - I love food, I love cooking, I love HelloFresh. It was a lovely thing to do."

The 'How to Master Mealtimes' mockumentary series has launched on the HelloFresh UK YouTube channel. The first instalment is available now, and new instalments will drop on October 23rd and November 6th. For more information, visit: hellofresh.co.uk/mastermealtimes
