The 'This Morning' presenter became a parent to daughter Sunday three months ago and insists now she's a mother, she'd rather enjoy a quiet meal with pals or stay at home with her little girl then enjoy a wild and boozy night.

She said "My clubbing days are over - I'm over it all now.

"My favourite thing is dressing up and going for a nice meal with the girls, but nights in with Sunday are the best.

"Getting older and becoming a mum means it's not all about going out any more."

Ferne has managed to shed her pregnancy weight thanks to a balanced diet, and she's able to get back into the gym now she's ready to leave Sunday in the care of her mother.

She said: "Being pregnant gave me a whole new respect for my body, so it's important to keep it healthy.

"I eat well - I love my salads, fruit and veg, but I love my treats too. I love carbs!

"Plus you need your calories while you're breastfeeding.

"I'm back in the gym now that Sunday can take a bottle so I'll leave her with my mum while I got there and have session with my personal trainer a few times a week.

"I'm glad to be back in the gym it's so good, not only for your physical state, but for your mind as well."

But Ferne admitted being a single parent means it can be "hard" to find time to look after herself.

She told Closer magazine: "My mum helps me out a lot. It's hard - my getting ready time has ow halved. The other day I didn't even have time to shower.

"I was so rushed off my feet with Sunday, and getting out the door is challenging sometimes. But it's so important to have some 'me time'."
