The 42-year-old presenter has revealed that while the ITV show that sees a group of celebrities left in the wild to fend for themselves isn't her cup of tea, her and her husband Kenny Logan's ten-year-old twins Reuben and Lois would be thrilled to see her take part.

Gabby exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "It is the kind of show that I think my kids would absolutely love me to do. They'd probably just be laughing and thinking that I wasn't able to rise to the challenge."

However, the former 'Splash!' host insists that with the Olympics in Rio and UEFA Euro football tournament in France coming up next year, she doesn't want to have to travel away from home more than she already has to.

Asked if she'd consider appearing on the show, she explained: "No I don't think so. Only because it would probably take me away from home a bit too much and I already travel as lot with work so I'm always quite choosy about things that go away because I go away with sport so when I've got things on the horizon I always try and do work a bit closer to home."

The blonde beauty - who has teamed up with Persil to encourage parents to get their children outdoors - added that she thinks it's hilarious that her children think of Bear's programmes as "educational".

She added: "They love Bear Grylls, they think it's educational. So on a Saturday morning they'll ask me if they can watch some TV and I'll say no and they'll say, 'We'll watch something educational - Bear Grylls', and I'm like, how is that educational?"
