The 33-year-old actress is happy in her relationship with 'Strictly Come Dancing' professional Gorka Marquez - who she met when she competed on the show last year - and is thinking about the prospect of children because she's feeling very "broody".
She admitted to Closer magazine: "I'd love a baby in the next few years.
"My sister has kids and it's made me broody. Gorka is amazing and it's going well, so we'll see."
The couple bonded over their love of exercise and enjoy working out together.
Gemma said: "We work out together and it's a lot of fun. He's better with food than I am though - I'll have a pizza and fish and chips at least once a week.
"People can say I'm too muscly, but I can lift 70kg weights. Gorka loves my body - if I'm having a down day, he'll tell me I'm beautiful."
Gorka will return to 'Strictly' later this year, but the former 'Hollyoaks' actress isn't worried their relationship will fall victim to the infamous curse of the show.
She said: "I'm not worried about the 'Strictly' curse. He dances with beautiful girls, but I work out with fit personal trainers! We don't get jealous and we support one another."
Gemma previously had a boob job in 2006 but she isn't interested in having any more surgery.
She said: "I was happy with my boobs but I wouldn't get anything else. Seeing these young reality stars whose faces haven't even finished developing, pumping fillers and having Botox is crazy.
"I hate the thought of injecting my face. Drinking water, eating well and moisturising keeps my skin clear."
