Gemma Collins' fiance Rami Hawash has been rushed to hospital after suffering a "very serious" accident at work.
The 41-year-old TV star has taken to social media to share a photo of herself cuddling Rami, who is wearing an eye patch and has a painful-looking cut on the bridge of his nose.
Gemma - who is currently touring the UK - wrote on Instagram: "Glasgow to london No SLEEP. A break down in the car. but I made it back to you. Iur first week apart since dating …. I missed you.
"Also guys just before I left for my tour rami had a very serious accident on his eye and nose at work he needs an operation it’s been a really weird week leading up to my tour!!! (sic)"
Gemma announced her engagement to Rami in December, after the couple rekindled their romance during lockdown.
The loved-up duo initially tried to keep the news quiet because they were waiting for Rami's divorce to be confirmed.
Gemma said at the time: "We can’t really come out and say anything yet because Ram was married before and his paperwork has not come through, so until that’s officially signed, we’ve not said anything.
"They’ve not been together for two years. I know her, she’s got a partner, she’s as good as gold. There’s a child involved, he’s only three, obviously I love him to death.
"But until that paperwork’s signed I can’t come out."
Gemma - who first got engaged to Rami in 2013, before they split the next year - is also keen to have kids one day.
The TV star revealed she's been seeking advice from her close pal Amy Childs.
Gemma said: "She was telling me that there’s certain days in the month that you’ve got to do this. So I basically appointed her to be the head of my pregnancy."
