Game of Thrones will be available through the service
HBO UK has launched on Google Play.
The Home Entertainment company have announced that their shows will be available to purchase and watch instantly through the Google Play service.
Seasons one to three of Game of Thrones and Boardwalk Empire are just some of the various hit series that will be at hand from the one-stop-shop.
More additions are to be made throughout the month to the catalogue of television, and the episodes can be watched through mobile devices, tablets or computers.
Director of International Digital Distribution for HBO, Colin Smith said: “We are delighted to bring our wide range of programming to Google Play in the UK, and expand on our existing relationship in the US. This is an exciting time for HBO in the digital space, and we can’t wait to work with Google over the coming weeks and months to deliver all of our series and films to their platform, including a host of new and returning HBO shows throughout 2014.”
