The 'Love Island' couple have been given a Valentine's Day they'll never forget as newly-ordained Richard Arnold pronounced them husband and wife on national television.

The shock wedding took place during their interview with Kate Garraway and Jeremy Kyle when Richard - who presents the showbiz segment on the show - rocked up and asked them if they "fancied getting spliced live on 'Good Morning Britain' with the two rings he has.

Jess, clearly surprised, said: "You've got it all planned, so... yeah."

The pair then stripped down to a white bikini and matching swimming shorts - very fitting considering they met in the 'Love Island' villa in Spain last year - and walked down the "budget" carpet while a crew member quickly positioned a veil on Jess' head and gave her a bouquet.

Dom then began his vows and told the brunette beauty that he would "share his life on social media" with his wife because she was "his type on paper" before he put the ring on her finger.

Jess then promised her man that she'd never "pie him off - even if Muggy Mike comes along", before Richard pronounced them husband and wife and the hosts threw confetti over them.

Despite the romantic ceremony, the pair aren't officially married as the ITV studio in London isn't sanctioned for a wedding so in the eyes of the law, it isn't legally binding.

A source told The Sun Online: "The ITV studio isn't sanctioned for a wedding ceremony, so it's technically not legally binding."

The couple - who got engaged last year - will be having their wedding in Mykonos this year.
