Kym Marsh feels like a "lucky lady" after marrying Major Scott Ratcliff.
Scott Ratcliff and Kym Marsh recently tied the knot
The 45-year-old actress and Scott tied the knot at Sandhurst Military Academy last month, and Kym has taken to her Instagram account to reflect on their wedding day.
Alongside a photo of the married couple, Kym wrote: "Take me back to 3 weeks ago when I married the love of my life!!! This man is like no one I’ve ever met! I am one lucky lady!!! [heart emoji] (sic)"
Faye Brookes - Kim's former 'Coronation Street' co-star - quickly replied with a congratulatory message.
She wrote on the photo-sharing platform: "So happy for you mama [heart emojis] (sic)"
And in response, Kym said: "@faye_brookes ahh thanks baby girl [heart emoji] (sic)"
Kym and Scott started dating in 2018 and announced their engagement earlier this year.
The former soap star previously explained that Scott was spending more time at home than ever before amid the coronavirus lockdown.
Speaking about their lockdown experience, Kym explained: "He's actually home. He was due to go to staff college in September but we've ended up spending most of the past year together."
Kym - who has kids David, 26, Emilie, 24, and Polly, 10, from previous relationships - actually relished spending time at home with Scott and her children during lockdown.
She said: "I feel so lucky to be in this situation. It has given me the opportunity to have more time with Scott, my son David, my daughters Emilie and Polly and the rest of my family. I'm not taking those things for granted."
