'Love Island' 2018 will be the longest ever series of the show.

The ITV2 reality TV programme is expected to last for eight weeks, one week longer than in 2017, and an additional two weeks longer than the first two seasons, according to RadioTimes.com.
While contestants may think they have an extra week to have a few drinks and then get jiggy with it in the Mallorca-based villa, that doesn't look to be the case after show bosses recently dished out a list of strict sex rules ahead of the new series.
Producers are said to be keen for there to be a sexy element to the new season, which will kick off this summer, but have banned contestants from getting naked in front of any of the other islanders, and the reality stars will also be prohibited from being under the influence of alcohol if they have sex.
What's more, if they do the deed those contestants will have to undergo counselling afterwards to get advice on contraception.
Everyone who enters the villa is expected to be given a handbook, which will contain details about consent to remind them of the new rules.
It's not yet known who will soak up the sun on the show, but Danny Dyer's daughter Dani has been linked to the show after she was forced to quit its sister show 'Survival of the Fittest' in January after she dislocated her shoulder during a task.
Caroline Flack will return as the host of 'Love Island', which has aired for three seasons since kicking off in June 2015.
Last year's series featured 32 islanders and was won by Amber Davies and Kem Cetinay, but they have since split up.
