The former 'Made in Chelsea' star has adopted a sweet cross-breed pup - thought to have some border collie in her - called Marley from Many Tears Rescue in Wales.

Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, Lucy's agent said: "She's a rescue pup and she's called Marley. Settling in well so far, I believe!"

Marley joins Lucy's other dog Digby - a German Spitz, who she bought from Harrods after seeing him in the shop window for weeks - and, so far, they seem to be getting on well as the brunette beauty has been has been keeping fans updated on social media.

Her new addition comes just weeks after she was left heartbroken when her rescue kitty Drogo - who she welcomed into her family just four months before after she saw him at the RSPCA - sadly passed away after he fell unwell at the end of September.

Taking to her Twitter account, the 27-year-old reality TV uploaded a photo of her furry friend and wrote: "last night we lost an angel that was too pure for this earth. the house feels empty. our hearts are broken... life isn't fair. (sic)"

Lucy - who also has a cat called Darcy - hasn't yet told fans why or how Drogo passed away but she revealed just before his death that she was taking him to the vets.

Lucy - who works closely with PETA and the RSCPA - has been an animal activist since a very young age and went vegetarian at six years old after she realised that her childhood friend Maisie - a gorgeous little lamb - was about to go off to slaughter.

She then decided to go vegan two years ago and has just dropped her new cookbook 'Feed Me Vegan', in which all of her recipes are made from animal-free ingredients.

She's also released a cruelty-free make-up range called Basic Bitch and is an advocate for animal rescue and tries to encourage people to adopt rather than shop.
