The 34-year-old actress - who is best friends with Khloe Kardashian - has reportedly been offered a mega-money deal to join the famous abode when the all-female series kicks off on Channel 5 as bosses are hoping she'll spill the beans on the Kardashians.

A source told The Sun Online: "Not only is Malika friends with the most famous family in the planet, she has become a massive name in her own right. Show bosses have paid a huge amount of money to get her and they hope she will be able to to give an amazing insight into life with the Kardashians. On top of that she's a really interesting person and she is going to make great TV. She's got a chance of winning the show."

This isn't the first time a friend of the famous family have tried their luck on the British television show as Jonathan Cheban - who is close with Kim Kardashian West - signed up to it two years ago but the 43-year-old PR guru didn't do as well as he had hoped.

The new series will see an all-female cast head into the iconic house in commemoration of 100 years since women won the right to vote.

A statement from Channel 5 said: "Presented by Emma Willis, 'Celebrity Big Brother' will initially explore how the all-female housemates interact, from politicians to performing artists, as they enter the house first, ahead of the celebrity male housemates. Over the course of the series, as the male counterparts enter the house, the housemates will take part in a series of entertaining tasks and hidden experiments which will test their - and our - assumptions, challenge gender stereotypes and reveal fascinating truths about what it is to be a woman - and man - in the 21st century."

The line up is yet to be confirmed by Channel 5.
