The former 'The Only Way is Essex' star, who welcomed her first child Evie with her Kelvin Batey into the world on Sunday (25.09.16), has admitted she would be "very poorly" now after having lost a lot of her bodily fluid whilst delivering her daughter, and has urged people to give blood.

The make-up artist took to social media to detail the problems during her "complicated" pregnancy.

She tweeted: "Want to thank @GiveBloodNHS for all that you do.After losing half my body's blood without your services I would b v poorly now. Donate ppl x (sic)."

And the television personality has admitted her boyfriend has signed up to give blood, but she is now unable to because she had to have a blood transfusion.

When asked if Kelvin has donated, she responded: "He is already a donor. I'm on Antony Nolan register but can't donate blood now I've had a transfusion xx (sic)."

But despite the difficult pregnancy, Maria feels overjoyed with motherhood and her little bundle of joy.

She tweeted: "On top of the (sic)" alongside an emoji of the world and a heart.

The television personality has revealed she feels everything she has "ever" done feels so "minor and irrelevant" in comparison to parenting.

She said: "Feel like everything I've ever done is so minor & irrelevant to where my life is now, waking up with my soulmate and little girl is life.(sic)."

And in a photo of her, her partner and their new little tot, which she posted on her Instagram account, she wrote: "Life just got a whole new meaning. (sic)."

Meanwhile, the 35-year-old motocross racer has admitted he feels "lucky" to have found his "soulmate" and to have started a family.

Speaking previously about his role as a parent, he said: "To meet my soulmate & be lucky enough to start a family with her is the best thing that has ever happened to me.nothing can compare.so happy (sic)."
