The 33-year-old television personality will front ‘Get Moving with Mark’, which will air as part of the ITV talk show every Wednesday, with the first of his segments set to air this week.

The honorary Loose Man will show the nation how we can all improve our physical and mental wellbeing for 2021, as well as helping the ‘Loose Women’ panellists fall in love with fitness, whilst sharing his wisdom and guidance so viewers can get motivated and join the journey too.

Speaking about joining ‘Loose Women’ and kicking off ‘Get Moving With Mark’, Mark Wright said: “I always love appearing on Loose Women, so I'm really excited for the launch of 'Get Moving With Mark' and helping the ladies get motivated and reach their health and fitness goals. Now, more than ever, it's so important that we look after both our bodies and our minds, and exercising does just that. Hopefully I'll inspire not just the panel, but people watching at home too."

Mark is known for his love of sport, and currently plays for Crawley FC as well as launching his own fitness company, Train Wright, last year.

Train Wright began as free workouts on Instagram during the first coronavirus lockdown in April 2019, and due to its enormous popularity, has now grown into a fully-fledged brand with its own app.

‘Loose Women’ editor Sally Shelford said: “Mark has long been a friend of the show and is a favourite with both our panel and viewers alike, so he’s the perfect person to help us all feel healthier, energised and more motivated in 2021. In this current climate, keeping active is as vital for our mental health as it is for us physical health, so I’m looking forward to seeing what tips, tools and advice Mark has to get our ladies, and the nation, feeling fit and fabulous.”

‘Get Moving with Mark’ begins on January 20 during ‘Loose Women’, which airs on ITV at 12:30.
