The 'Only Way is Essex' star only dropped her songs 'High Heeled Shoes' and 'Far Cry From Love' on Tuesday (05.09.17) night when her three-part show 'There's Something About Megan', which followed her to Nashville, Tennessee, as she attempted to carve out a country music career, wrapped up but they've already proved a huge hit with fans as they've claimed Number 1 and Number 2, respectively, in the mid-week chart.

And, although she loves the country crooner, 27, the brunette beauty is hoping her new-found success in the music industry will rub Taylor - who is known for lashing out at her enemies, ex-boyfriends and competitors in her songs - up the wrong way.

Speaking to the Mail Online, she said: "That would be a massive compliment [if Taylor mentions her in her next diss track]! To even be next to her on the chart is amazing. She's someone I look up to. I love the old Taylor, when she did 'Our Song' and 'Teardrops On My Guitar', and the really heartfelt stuff. That's why I'm hoping people will love my music as it's so real. The lyrics, the feelings, they're all me. I'm just happy everyone loves it."

Meanwhile, during her time across the pond, Megan performed in a number of high-profile bars and has admitted she never expected to do so well over there.

She told BANG Showbiz: "I'm absolutely buzzing, so happy with how it went twitter has been non-stop. I can't believe some of the things I did out there, the producers I worked with, they believed in me out there, at first I thought they wouldn't take me seriously but as soon as they heard me singing more doors were opening up."
