The 'Britain's Got Talent' judge - who lost her son Theo in 2011 when she was seven months pregnant - reached out to the 42-year-old TV presenter to help her through the pain when she suffered her heart-breaking losses.

Mylene said: “I’m very grateful to the women who came forward to help me. I rang Amanda Holden, I said I need to find someone who can help me. She gave me her midwife’s phone number and this is the woman who held my hand all the way through it. She was phenomenal.

“To have that lady in my life, it’s because of what Amanda herself went through. The women who help other women, they’re the most incredible.”

The former Hear'Say singer opened up about her miscarriages in an emotional post on Instagram last year following Chrissy Teigen's own miscarriage in September.

She wrote: "On national babyloss-miscarriage day, @chrissyteigen gave me the courage to write.I am Mama to 7 babies, Ava, Hero, Apollo my rainbow baby and 4 little stars in the sky. (sic)"

Now, Mylene has been busy supporting her Smooth Radio co-host Kate Garraway as her husband remains in hospital after he contracted coronavirus last March.

Although Derek, 53, is no longer COVID-19 positive, he remains in a critical condition from the effects of the deadly disease.

Speaking on the 'Sweat, Snot & Tears' podcast, Myleene said: "I send her doughnuts to her door for her kids, I send flowers to her door for her.

"I take over her show and keep her chair warm whenever she needs me too, I organised her kid’s birthday party because she just didn’t have a second to herself.

"I got all my kids involved because I think it can be very easy just to look at what’s going on in your own household and know about COVID, but unless you see what the impact actually is in somebody else’s home you can’t relate to it."
