The 42-year-old pop star - who rose to fame as part of S Club 7 - has admitted she's too much of a "wuss" to appear on 'I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!', but she is keen to appear on the 'The Masked Singer'.

Rachel - who has Amelie, 10, and Minnie, six - shared: "I think I'd be such a wuss, but I shouldn't say that in case I do do it! The show my girls would love me to do is 'The Masked Singer'.

"They love it. We sit and watch it as a family together and the whole concept of the show works really well for kids."

Rachel's daughters are already planning to follow in their mum's footsteps.

And the pop star has admitted she'll even support them if they decide to pose for lads' mag - like she did earlier in her career.

Rachel told the Daily Star newspaper: "When I did FHM I was 19, and I want to raise my girls to be really confident and to believe in who they are.

"I want them to have real self-belief. I would support them in their choices – and be there to guide them."

Rachel - who released her debut solo album, 'Funky Dory', back in 2003 - revealed that Amelie is determined to appear on stage one day.

The 'Sweet Dreams My LA Ex' hitmaker said: "She really loves it and Minnie loves dancing. So I'm naturally encouraging anything that they're passionate about and I want them to find their way."
