The 29-year-old presenter admitted that although it took a while to find a television project she and former JLS member Marvin were "equally as passionate about", the couple - who have children Alaia-Mai, five, and one-year-old Valentina Raine - have found the perfect endeavour in their new show 'Playlisters'.

Speaking on 'This Morning', she said: "It's hard especially when you're husband and wife to find something you're equally passionate about so we were waiting for the right show and this is just us."

The show, which will be hosted by the couple, will see three couples every week guessing the song and artists of pop tracks in an effort to win the £10,000 prize and will begin airing on Saturday nights on BBC One later this year.

Explaining how the show was created, the former Saturdays singer added: "Music is the theme, essentially it's every Christmas we've always played this game that we beat the intros.

"We would play the start of the song and it was like a point system and everyone had to guess and you get an extra point for the year or what was number two that week and it's essentially the same type of show that's been built around that idea.

"There's different rounds and different levels and they'll be three sets of couples they could be best friends, husband, and wife, siblings."

The former pop star also explained that although the pair hasn't started working together yet, they're both competitive so she can't guarantee there won't be fireworks.

She said: "I'm so competitive, he's a lot worse than me...we start next month so we don't know yet."
