The 29-year-old TV presenter has posted a picture on Twitter of documents featuring the rebooted show's new logo after the 'Big Brother' live eviction on Friday night (12.10.18).

Appearing alongside 'Big Brother's producer and booker, Rylan captioned the image: "Eviction night lols with @PAJ85 @KatLSwain #bbuk. (sic)"

Although the news has not been officially confirmed, the image is a strong hint that Rylan will succeed Dale Winton - who passed away earlier this year - as the host of the game show, which previously ran from 1993 until 2007.

The documents featured Rylan's picture and the new logo, as well as a tease about the rebooted programme.

It read: "It's time to go wild in the aisles once more as the classic Supermarket Sweep returns bigger, funnier, and wilder than ever before!"

Rylan seemingly noticed his error and later replaced the original photograph with a cropped version of the same image.

Rylan has recently hosted 'Big Brother's Bit on the Side', although Channel 5 announced in September that it was axing the reality TV series.

The broadcaster said on Twitter: "The forthcoming series of Big Brother will be the last - of either celebrity or civilian versions - on Channel 5. We'd like to thank Endemol and all of the production team who have worked tirelessly to make the show a success.#BBUK (sic)"
