Channel 4 have revealed that SAS: Who Dares Wins will be returning for a second series, whilst a spinoff is also in the works.
The original series followed a new set of SAS recruits through six episodes as they underwent training and the jungle phase of the Special Forces Selection challenge.
An ex-Special Forces crew worked on the show to bring psychological and physical challenges to entrants in a bid to find the best of the best.
In the works alongside this second series is a companion series, looking at the selection process used for the Secret Intelligent Service.
John Hay, commissioning editor at Channel 4 said: "The turn to the intelligence world feels timely and important and there's no better team to tackle it than Minnow.
"They proved with SAS: Who Dares Wins that they can redefine this territory, in a beautifully-made series that revealed the emotional and psychological complexities behind the action man stereotype.
"I'm delighted that we can take that series up a level with the jungle phase, as well as moving onto new ground."
Both shows will premiere at some point in 2016.
