The six-part Sky Atlantic show is up for the Drama Series prize, and Lennie James - who created, wrote, and starred in the programme - is nominated in the Male Actor and Writer categories.

The thriller, which follows the story of Nelson (Lennie) whose world is turned upside down when his 13-year-old estranged daughter mysteriously disappears, is also recognised with Alice Feetham - who played Bernie - in contention for the Breakthrough Award.

BBC drama series 'Killing Eve' - which stars Grey's Anatomy's Sandra Oh and Doctor Foster's' Jodie Comer - has also been recognised in the Drama Series category with the two leading ladies nominated in the Female Actor category alongside Black Earth Rising's Michaela Coel.

'The Last Leg', 'Britain's Got Talent' and 'Don't Hate The Playaz' are nominated in the Entertainment category alongside comedian Michael McIntyre, and Lesley Manville is up for the Comedy Performance (Female) accolade for her moving portrayal of Cathy in 'Mum'.

She will go up against Sian Gibson for 'Peter Kay's Car Share - The Finale', and This Country's Daisy May Cooper.

Winners will be announced at the 2019 Royal Television Society Programme Award's ceremony - which will be hosted by Shappi Khorsandi - on Tuesday March 19th at The Grosvenor Hotel in London.
