If there's one thing we could all use in the world right now, it’s a little more laughter and light. That’s exactly what Glee gave us following its debut all the way back in 2009, but it wasn’t all fun and frolics. Along with this, the series tackled a plethora of important and topical issues surrounding the likes of sexuality, bullying, harassment and much more. Though it’s now been some time since it was on our screens, could it be making a comeback?

Speaking with Deadline, Fox Entertainment President Michael Thorn said he'd love to see Glee come back to the small screen. "We always welcome celebrating our iconic shows and revisiting those with surprising takes and new approaches," he explained, "so, especially in this crowded market, we're always open to reinventing our best IP with some of our favourite partners.” Bring it on!

The controversial ending of Dexter during its original run was one that had fans foaming at the mouth due to its lacklustre conclusion. Now, the series will be hoping to right the wrongs of its past with revival series Dexter: New Blood, bringing Michael C. Hall back to the centre of the action in the titular role.

Speaking with EW, Hall said that whilst New Blood had taken a while to come to fruition, it was a necessary thing: "It took what will, in the end, have been almost a decade to have enough space to create storytelling opportunities that didn't exist until now for it to feel right. I had always hoped that something would come together that felt worth doing. And it did.” We can’t wait to see what the team have put together!

HBO Max have revealed that Gossip Girl has been successful enough to warrant the streaming service renewing the series for a second outing. The news comes in the middle of the reboot's first season, with audiences anxiously anticipating the remaining episodes' release in November.

Having drawn record viewership over its first weekend, HBO Max also pointed to the fact that the show had enjoyed 15 billion social impressions at launch, with around 5.2 billion specifically on TikTok. A wild statistic for sure!

Oscar Isaac promises groundbreaking Moon Knight show

The list of Marvel series coming to Disney+ continues to grow and amongst those is Moon Knight, whom Oscar Isaac will step into the shoes of. Not much is known about the show, other than that Ethan Hawke will play the villain and May Calamawy will also star, across six 40-50 minute-long episodes.

Whilst doing press for a separate project, Isaac did drop a small tidbit of information about Moon Knight, but wouldn't be drawn on saying much more. He simply stated: "[Moon Knight] is going to be a groundbreaking show." We believe him!

The brilliant first season of Euphoria was one that left us with a lot of questions and thankfully, it’s not too much longer before we will get some of those answers thanks to the HBO series making a comeback.

Speaking via Vogue after getting in touch for their Zendaya interview, showrunner Sam Levinson said of the upcoming release: "It's such a brutal season and what I love the most about Z is she’s able to go to those dark places and then as soon as I call cut, she’s hanging out behind the monitor, eating Cheesecake Factory and cracking jokes. She’s also family. We just shoot the s**t all day. We talk about the show, the characters, life, movies, politics. She’s one of the most grounded human beings I know.” We’re sure the season’s going to be a compelling watch throughout.
