A Series Of Unfortunate Events is soon to return for its second season, telling the next few chapters of the Baudelaire Orphans dreadfully disturbing story. This week, a brilliant behind-the-scenes video has been released, showing just how some of the show’s biggest scenes have been put together, and allowing the cast and crew to break out of character and share some secrets from the show’s set. With returnees including Malina Weissman, Louis Hynes, Presley Smith, Patrick Warburton, K. Todd Freeman, and of course Tony Award-winning actor Neil Patrick Harris in the role of Count Olaf, the show’s second season will follow the Baudelaire orphans fighting once more against Olaf and his plans to steal their family fortune.
The new season will also see the siblings come together stronger than ever, as they find more clues surrounding their parents’ mysterious “death”, links to an organisation they never even knew existed, and long-held family secrets finally being unearthed.
New additions to the cast include Allison Williams, Nathan Fillion, Lucy Punch, Tony Hale, Robbie Amell, Sara Rue, Roger Bart, and David Alan.
A Series Of Unfortunate Events season 2 premieres exclusively on Netflix on Friday, March 30, 2018.
