'Sherlock', 'Saturday Night Live' and Uzo Aduba were among the main winners at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards last night (16.08.14).

The US chat show triumphed at the event - which honours TV guest stars and behind-the-scenes crew - held at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles after it picked up five gongs, including best guest actor in a comedy.

The BBC drama series walked away with four prizes as did HBO's 'Games of Thrones' and 'True Detective.'

Meanwhile, Uzo was reduced to tears as she was honoured with her first ever Emmy after she was named best guest actress for her portrayal of inmate Suzanne 'Crazy Eyes' Warren in 'Orange is the New Black.'

Speaking after the ceremony, she said: "I feel so full, that's why the tears come out. I'm stuffed really. I'm beyond full. My cup runneth over right now. I feel absolutely all of those things: I feel full of joy, like a fountain. Mission accomplished."

The 33-year-old star was presented her trophy by Morgan Freeman an admitted she felt star-struck as she walked up to collect the prize.

She said: "It's like you're walking and you're aware that you're walking toward Morgan Freeman, but you're fairly certain you should still be sitting on your seat. You're like, 'Maybe I'm embarrassing myself, maybe they didn't call my name, maybe somebody else's name. I don't know what's happening.' "
