Sophie Kasaei was allegedly threatened by a knife-wielding robber who broke into her home in South Shields at the end of last year.

The 'Geordie Shore' star was left shaken up just after Christmas when an intruder allegedly made his way into her house and threatened her with a weapon.
A friend of Sophie told The Sun Online: "Sophie was at home by herself just after Christmas when she says the incident took place. Sophie was left completely shook up and it has hit her pretty hard but she is refusing to let it affect her life.
"She's been carrying on like normal, going out with her mates and partying.
"Sophie just wants to put everything behind her now and move on."
The 28-year-old beauty managed to scare the man off and call the police which, in turn, led to the 27-year-old robber being charged with aggravated burglary.
It's been somewhat of a tough time for Sophie recently as just two months before her house was broken into, she was dumped by her boyfriend Joel Corry.
The blonde beauty was left heartbroken in September when her long-term beau called her shortly after she left the famous house and told her he no longer wanted to be with her after six years together.
Sophie said at the time "I got out of the 'Geordie Shore' house in September after filming and got a phone call from Joel.
"He was like, 'I don't know what it is Soph, but I just don't think it's going to work.' I was instantly like, 'What the hell, is there another girl?'
"He said there wasn't but went, 'I just don't think that you and me will have a future because it's just not what I want and I know you do. You want to settle down, and it's understandable, but it's just not for me and it's not what I want.'"
