The 'Love Island 2017' star is almost four months pregnant with her first child, whom she's expecting with her boyfriend-of-nine months Ross, and she has admitted the moment she found out she was carrying a baby wasn't as romantic as she had expected as she took the test in the toilet of the fast-food chain on her own.

Speaking to OK! magazine, she said: "We stopped for lunch after I bought the test and I couldn't wait until I got home. When I saw it was positive, I ran back to tell Ross - it felt like the longest journey of my life! I was over the moon but part of me was worried too. We haven't been together very long and we'd only just moved in together. I started to panic that we had rushed."

Although they've only been together less than a year, Tyla and Ross have known each other for nine years and decided to give their relationship a go after they bumped into one another while they were holidaying in Majorca, Spain, last year.

She explained: "He's really happy for me to do my own thing, but he's very private and has no interest in being in the spotlight.

"It's really refreshing to be with someone who has no interest in the industry. He has a great job running a logistics company and is a property developer too."

The 24-year-old beauty shot to fame last year when she went in search of love on the ITV2 dating show but she never expected the attention she got afterwards.

She said: "When you're in the villa, you're in such a bubble so it was a big adjustment when I left. I obviously had no idea the show was so big, so it was weird coming out and having so many people wanting to talk to me. My life was full on for a while - I was doing loads of interviews, waking up at 3am to travel around the country doing appearances, and there were times when it was difficult. But I don't regret it."
