The show follows five housewives living in Southern California, and exposes the drama, twists and turns that take place in their lives.
Vicki Gunvalson is successful, completely self-made and stars alongside 'trophy wife' Kimberly Bryant, and former Playboy Playmate Jeana Keough.
Lauri Waring also stars, who works as an insurance broker for Gunvalson, and Jo De La Rosa - new kid on the block - rounds off the cast.
The ladies are used to living the good life, and working hard to ensure they hang on to it, and seasons one to four of the hit show will reveal that it isn't all botox parties and diamonds for the wealthy and powerful.
'The Real Housewives of Orange County' premieres on E! from Saturday November 2 at 9pm, and continues weeknights thereafter at 6pm.
